Colonial Life 1600-1776- a megasite with links to information on Colonial cooking, arts, music, dance, role of women, medicine, and many others. The emphasis is information that you can use to re-enact Colonial era activities.
Colonial Williamsburg- The main website for this living replica of Colonial life; especially good for food and recipes, although you will need to search for "recipes" under the internal site search engine.
Colonial America Links- An enormous collection of good weblinks, organized by subject.
Colonial Life and Early America- Good information on everyday life in Colonial America; you will need to supplement information from this site with books, since it is mainly aimed at younger students.
Colonial America Resource Page- The Web resource center for a college course on Colonial America; good links to original documents, especially newspapers, from colonial times. This site is slow to load: be patient!
