Pompeii: Stories from an Eruption- Website for the exhibit on Pompeii at the Field Museum in Chicago.

Eyewitness to History: Pompeii- Pliny the Younger's famous description of the eruption of Vesuvius and the destruction of Pompeii.Annoying ads, but good information.

Pompeii: Urbs Reperta- Put your Latin to the test with this excellent site on Pompeii. Good pictures and an excellent map of the city.

The Roman Empire Net- This is a good source of information about the Roman world, especially clothing.

Make Your Own Mosaic-If you would like to try making your own virtual Roman mosaic, this is a fun site to try--and a useful place to plan your own for the project.
